A short introduction
As I made the switch from professional photography to the web I soon realised that all the lessons I had learned in the field as a photographer could be translated to an appraoch to design in web and graphics. For instance, when approaching a client for the first time I am looking beyond the words to the vision. The environment, the works and the details add to the complete picture. Much like representing a face in a photographic portrait, so a website should bring simplicity but clarity in its representations. For this I am super interested in meeting clients that can show me new visions that will push me in new directions. Aligning myself with a client that can excite my imagination and push my science can propel me beyond just the ordinary, beyond what I would be capable of if this were about just "work". Being a photographer and Media Designer has theadded benefit of being able to hold fast onto my own personal goals in my career, refreshing both careers as I go and keeping excited about each new project.
